We ship within 3-5 business days of when you place your order. A small percentage of items require a longer ship-out time. We ship via the United States Postal Service. Upon arrival to us, all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error.
